Out Ah Trouble defeats Clinchers by 237 runs

Country Meet Town Out Ah Trouble registered a 237-run victory over H&H Oral Care Clinchers on Sunday, November 5, in the 2023 National Lotteries Authority TBPO competition at the Dauphine Playing Field.

Highlighting Out Ah Trouble’s massive win was Stein Joseph’s 103 not out, in which he belted 15 sixes. Mickel Mapp – 88 and Wesrick Strough – 42 not out.

They combined to see their team tally 293/ 4 from their 20 overs. Lindon Lewis took 2/71.

Clinchers were then dismissed for 56 in 14.4 overs. For Out Ah Trouble, Alwayne Quashie had 2/ 25.

Also, on Sunday, East Kingstown beat Sunset Strikers by five wickets.

Sunset Strikers – 86 all out in 16.2 overs. Bowling for East Kingstown, Elrico Patterson took 4/18 , Maxbert Welcome 3 /10 and Alex Providence 2/8.

East Kingstown in response, were 88/ 5 in 14.5 overs. Michael Duncan 47. Damion Cumberbatch 2/15.

Sunday’s other fixture, resulted in Bank of SVG All Stars defeating Fairbaine United by 57 runs.

All Stars posted 149/ 6 in 14.3 overs. Keyon Boyea 59 and Kody Horne 28.

In reply Fairbaine United reach 92/7 in 14.3 overs. Zevron Bobb 25.

Bowling for All Stars, Rasheed Fredrick 2/4.

And, there were easy wins for Young Stallions and Simple Boys, who won by default from Glen United and Vinlec Power Stars, respectively.

Matches for this weekend pit Young Stallions against AIA Reload from 1 pm on Saturday, November 11 and on that same day from 3 pm, Kombat Warriors take on Valley Boys.

On Sunday, November 12, Advent United meet Xperience from 10 am, then from 12:30 pm,  Advent United plays RS Hitters, as they go back to back.

The weekend’s action concludes with Sion Hill Tallawahs opposing East Kingstown from 3 pm.
