Bishops College and St Joseph’s Convent share netball honours

The Bishop’s College and St Joseph’s Convent (Kingstown) shared netball honours when the two schools met in the 2023 St Vincent and the Grenadines Secondary Schools Netball Tournament at the Nutricia netball centre at New Montrose on Tuesday October 31.

In the junior match, the Bishop’s College beat the St Joseph’s Convent Kingstown 8-3, and in a ding-dong clash between the two schools senior teams, St Joseph’s Convent Kingstown squeezed past Bishop’s College 15-14.

In other secondary schools netball matches, in the junior division Bethel High School and Troumaca-Ontario Secondary School played to a 12- 12 tie, while Sandy Bay Secondary trounced North Union Secondary 21-1.

In the secondary schools netball senior division, Emmanuel High Mespo beat Bethel High 16-11, and the North Union Secondary School defeated St Clair Dacon Secondary 21-1.
