Branch House are 2023 JP Eustace champions

Branch House emerged champions of the 2023 Dr. J.P. Eustace Memorial Secondary School House Athletics meet which was held last Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at the Victoria Park.

The charge was led by Abira Myers, the 2023 Senior champ, and Victrix Ludorum along with Deandrea Archibald the 2023 Junior female champion, and Jahvante’ O’Garro the 2023 male Intermediate champion.

Branch House which amassed a total 966 points, went into Tuesday’s event in second place on 334 points, behind then leaders Murray House who were on 386 points.

The final points standing are: Branch House – 966 points; Murray House – 918 points; Eustace House – 747 points; Hercules House -743 points.

The individual female champions are: Deandrea Archibald of Branch House, Junior champion; Kyra Samuel of Hercules House, Intermediate champion; and Abira Myers of Branch House, Senior champion and 2023 Victrix Ludorum.

Ethan Gumbs and Esron Sam, both of Murray House, captured the male Junior and Senior champion titles respectively, while Jahvante’ OGarro of Branch House emerged as Intermediate champion, with Sam taking the coveted Victor Ludorum title.
