THE ST.VINCENT and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF) said it is shocked and deeply saddened by the events of Tuesday, February, 7, 2023 which resulted in the passing of Avenues United FC player, Keron Hadaway.

In a release issued by the general secretary the Federation said Hadaway, a talented and passionate footballer also made his contribution representing the Senior Male Team in 2014 for the Windward Island Football Tournament (WIFA).

The SVGFF said it extends heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, club and teammates of Keron at this most difficult time.

The SVGFF has also used the opportunity to express its abhorrence to all acts of violence in our society. Hadaway, an omni bus conductor, was shot and killed on Tuesday, February 7 at Ottley Hall.
