Individual awardees named in primary schools’ football competition

Three individuals who stood out in the 2018 Ministry of Education inter-primary schools’ football competition, were last Wednesday rewarded.

Following the final staged at the Victoria Park, Damien Miller, of the Bequia Anglican Primary School, copped the award for scoring the most goals in the competition.

There were two awards for the CW Prescod Primary School, as Rasheed Knights was adjudged the most outstanding goalkeeper and Gabriel Doyle, the player of the final.

All three received trophies and footballs, compliments the Ministry of Education.

CW Prescod Primary won the final 1-0 over Bequia Anglican Primary, with Paget Farm Government, third, and the Kingstown Preparatory, fourth.
