Greaves’ knock helped defending champions Circumstance to post 235 for 5 off their 20 overs. Greaves’ triple figures followed his 134 not out versus Coulls Hill Rangers in the opening match of the competition, back in August.

Adding to Greaves’ latest effort was Hank Hall’s contribution of 59.

Ronique Laborde took 2 for 44 and Kenrick Westfield 2 for 48, bowling for Peto Stars, who then were all out for 192 off 17 overs.

Shammon Hooper – 74, Allison Samuel – 54 and Ronique Laborde – 39, were the main contributors.

Hank Hall completed a good all-round performance, grabbing 4 for 27 and Donwell Hector took 2 for 13, bowling for Circumstance, who won by 43 runs.

In Saturday’s other fixture, Big League defeated Upsetters by seven wickets.

In response, Big League got to 145 for 3 off 17 overs.

For Big League, Cuthbert Springer hit 82 and Shanji John, 38, while Desrop Samuel had 2 for 39.

Sunday’s lone fixture resulted in Robertson Surveying Future Legends whipping Ajuba by seven wickets.

Ajuba made 82 for 8 off 14 overs, as the match was reduced because of rain. Rajiv Roberts snared 4 for 15, to be Future Legends’ most successful bowler.

Future Legends then rushed to 83 for 3 off 8.4 overs. Benniton Stapleton struck 41 not out, to lead Future Legends’ successful run chase, while Reginald Jeffery scalped 3 for 24 in a losing cause for Ajuba.(RT)
