Middlesex reach BCL T/20 final

Middlesex got to the final with a semi-final win over Yankees by nine wickets, last Sunday at Marine Park C.
Batting first, Yankees were dismissed for 129 from their 20 overs.
Bowling for Middlesex, Cassius Burton took 3 for 17 and Kavir Singh, 2 for 23.
Middlesex replied with 132 for 1. Debru Bhattacharya was 55 not out and Cassius Burton, 55 not out.
Pak Brighton, Middlesexâs opponents in the final, stopped Cavaliers, another Vincentian club from another straight visit in the final.
Contesting at Marine Park D, Pak Brighton scored 138 all out. In a nail-biting finish, Cavaliers reached 137 for 4 from 20 overs.
Needing two runs to win from the last ball, Deville Mc Kenzie, who was the mainstay of Cavaliersâ response, failed to score. Mc Kenzie finished on 63 not out and Michael Shem â 43, as Pak Brighton won by one run.
Cavaliers failed to relive the form they had the previous day, when they smothered Eagles by seven in the quarter-finals.
Eagles scored 155, with Mohammed Taizan, 57 and Wassem Akhtar, 46.
Bowling for Cavaliers, Casper Davis had 3 for 37 and Denville McKenzie 2 for 22.
In response, Cavaliers made 156 for 3, with Denville McKenzie stroking 111 not out.
