Active lifestyle programmes resume following Carnival break
In its continued drive to increase wellness in the country, the Division of Physical Education and Sports has recommenced its active lifestyle programmes after the short Carnival break.{{more}}
The programmes will be held at Byera on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m; at the Central Water and Sewerage Authority on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m; at Park Hill on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m; Richland Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m; Cane Grove on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m; Black Point on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m; Stubbs on Thursdays at 5 p.m; and at the Kingstown Market on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.
Also, the monthly fitness walk for July will take place on Wednesday, July 27, and will take the route around the Argyle International Airport compound.
Transportation will be provided for interested persons in Kingstown. The bus will leave the Kingstown Market at 4 p.m.
