Gears will, however, shift to the Road Relay format, with the Round D Town event on September 25, through the streets of the capital.

The month of October also will see the Union Island community 5k and LOG Enterprises Byera Hill, slated for October 2 and 9, respectively.

The Sion Hill Pre-Independence Road Race is pencilled for October 16, with the Sharpes invitational 10k set for October 23.

Another race comes off in the Sion Hill community with the staging of the LOG Enterprises Sion Hill Sprint on November 6.

Touching most geographic regions, the Marriaqua 5k road race on November 13 gives that part of the interior of the mainland an opportunity to showcase their athletics talents.

Meanwhile, the NACAC Chatoyer International Endurance 10k takes place November 20. Last year, the Gordon Yard to Chateaubelair route was used after the Pembroke to Fort Charlotte route, initially announced by TASVG, was cancelled.

The 2015 edition attracted participation from Kenya, Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago, Cuba and Martinique.

The final race in the TASVG Community 5ks is positioned for North Windward on November 27.

The road racing season concludes December 11 with the LOG Enterprises Grand Finale, scheduled for North Leeward.(RT)
