United Survivors standing firm in Greiggs women’s softball
United Survivors had back-to-back wins last Sunday at the Greiggs Central Playing Field in the Hairoun Brewery, Sea Operations SVG Ltd, Nar Fren Dem 10/10 womenâs softball cricket competition.

Batting first, United Survivors scored 105 for 5 from their 10 overs, with Cordel Jack making 37.
Ashica Pope took 2 for 15 for Force Strikers, who then were restricted to 39 for 7 from their 10 overs.
Cordel Jack turned up with the ball, taking 2 for 5 and Michelle Sam had 2 for 15, as United Survivors won by 69 runs.
In their second match, United Survivors crafted a 57-run triumph over Prodigy St James Stingers.
Cordel Jack slammed 75 of her teamâs total of 116 for 3 from their 10 overs.
Magzem Matthias was Stingersâ most successful bowler, with 2 for 20.
In their reply, Stingers could only reach 60 for 8 from their 10 overs. Johnan Delplesche led the way with 29.
Bowling for United Survivors, Shema Wright had 3 for 5 and Samantha Lynch 2 for 6.
In Sundayâs other match, Bruce Law Chambers Nar Fren Dem overcame Owia Smashers by 11 runs.
Nar Fren Dem batted first and made 104 for 3 in their 10 overs.
Leading the batting was Koranie Collins, who struck 34 and Siearra Baptiste â 30 not out.
Owia Smashers, in reply, scored 94 for 5 in their 10 overs. Edelyn Turtin made 28.(RT)
