Myle will compete in the female Under-15 category for the July 18 to 19 championships.
A student of the Thomas Saunders Secondary, Myle is coming off a dominating run in the Barbados championships, where she won the Under-15 200m and 400m sprints in 26.07 and 60.27 seconds, respectively.
It will be Myleâs second outing at the CAC Juvenile Championships, having done so at the 2013 edition in Curacao, then as an Under-13 competitor.
Continuing her run as a national athlete, Myle represented St Vincent and the Grenadines at the Caribbean Union of Teachers Games in Trinidad and Tobago last year.
As a first form student of the Thomas Saunders Secondary, Myle was part of the schoolâs team at this yearâs Penn Relays in the USA.
Other than Myle, the rest of the Vincentian outfit includes the Under-13 males â Uroy Ryan and Tyrique Bushay and the Under-13 females, Grandeisha Caine and Mikayla Mc Dowall.
The other Under-15 female selected is Shahalia Lynch, with the males â Romar Stapleton and Ethan Myers.
Chester Morgan is the teamâs coach and Chantel Legair, the chaperone.
The multi-disciplined event will see the Under-13 males contesting the 60m dash, the 1000m, the long jump, high jump and the baseball throw, with the females doing the same, except an 800m instead of 1000m.
Both the Under-15 males and females will have to perform in the 80m, the long jump, the high jump, the baseball throw and the shot putt.
The males in the Under-15 will run a 1200m event and an 80m hurdles, while the females will cover 1000m and hurdle for 60m.
Points are awarded to the athletes for each event.
St Vincent and the Grenadines won the females Under-15 category in 2013, when Shaffiqua Maloney copped the title in Curacao.
