Daisley House trumps Stubbs Primary Athletics Meet

Daisley House (Red) finished ahead of the other three houses, when the Stubbs Primary School staged its annual Track and Field championships last week Thursday at the Stubbs Playing Field.{{more}}

When the points were tallied, Daisley totaled 584, ahead of Alexander House (Yellow) in second spot with 522 points.

Brereton House (Green) placed third with 493 points, and finishing in the fourth spot was Trotman (Blue) with 443 points.

The Under-7 female champion was Crisselle Benjamin of Trotman House, who contributed 11 points.

Taking the male Under-7 was Raynelle Cooke of Alexander, with 15 points.

Sherise Frederick of Brereton copped the female Under-9 title with her 15 points, and the male Under-9 winner was CJ Shallow of Alexander. Shallow posted 15 individual points.

Trotman’s Jomoura Jack was the female Under-11 champion with her tally of 23 points.

The male winner in that age group was Kyron Williams of Daisley with his 21 points.

Azia Andrews of Trotman scored 32 points to be the female Under-13 champion. Andrews added the Victrix Ludorum title to her winnings.

In the male Under-13, Raphique Delplesche of Alexander was the champion, as he accounted for 23 points for his house. Delplesche was the meet’s Victor Ludorum.

Brereton House won the March Past; Daisley House was second, with Trotman and Alexander jointly sharing the third spot.(RT)
