The delegation, led by Coach Vasha Adams, reported of the successes of the camp stating that its main focus was on the children and ensuring that their basketball skills were enhanced.

Adams said the trio were also exposed to different drills and routines as they went from station to station, which were led by various coaches.

The other members of the delegation were Rashida Cato and Seliscia Toby.

Apart from the basketball aspect of the camp, they were taken on tours to view several places of interest and were privileged to see some of the games in the current World Basketball Championship, being held in Istanbul, Turkey.

Amidst a few hitches the delegation expressed their delight in being involved in the camp and saw it as a great learning experience and an opportunity to share and network with other children and coaches of the world.

The SVG Basketball Federation wishes to thank all who assisted in making the trip possible.

Special thanks was extended to the National Lotteries Authority for their assistance in funding the airfare for the St.Vincent and the Grenadines to Barbados and return leg of the trip.
