Ajuba were dismissed for 155 off 23 overs. Opening batsman Leon Samuel blasted 28, but fell LBW, then the rest of the team never put up any real resistance.
Vaughn Browne, 3 for 34, was also among the wickets for D’Affairs.
Reginald Jeffrey, 3 for 48, was the most successful bowler for Ajuba.
The fixtures continue this weekend. Ajuba One and Two will be locked in battle at Troumaca Bay, and at Richmond, D’Affairs and Smokey meet. The match scheduled between Peto Stars and Enforcers at Richmond last Saturday was abandoned owing to rain. Both teams received one point each. That between Somerset and Troumaca set for Troumaca Bay will be rescheduled.
