Nurses celebrate 42nd anniversary in the US

BATCH 15 Registered Nurses of St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), celebrated their 42nd anniversary 2025 in Georgia USA. One member, writing on behalf of the group, said while the anniversary is November 1, the celebration was held earlier from September, 7-13, 2025.

Described as a “joyous occasion full of fun and excitement”, the nurses celebrated with a number of activities that began with a church service at the Christ our Hope Catholic Church in Lithonia, and included a bus tour to Atlanta, and a anniversary dinner.

Their celebrations culminated with an all white party and celebration of the 60th birthday of a member of the group. On the anniversary date itself, Seventh Day Adventist Churches in SVG and the diaspora where a number of members worship, had prayers offered for them.

Batch 15 said this year they donated undergarments to the Nurses Association of SVG to assist where there are needs.
