Georgetown operation nets suspected stolen livestock – police
The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) is advising the public that a recent operation conducted in the Eastern Division Policing District, (specifically in the Georgetown area) resulted in the recovery of livestock suspected to have been stolen in connection with reports of praedial larceny.
Investigations into this matter are ongoing.
Members of the public who have lost livestock or previously reported animals missing in that local, are asked to visit the Old Montrose Police Station to assist with identifying the recovered animals.
Individuals wishing to claim any of the livestock should present proof of ownership, which may include photographs, receipts, or any other supporting documentation.
The RSVGPF continues to address reports of praedial larceny across the country and encourages farmers and livestock owners to remain alert and report any suspicious activity.
