OECS to host May 15-17 virtual Trade Exposition

The Commission of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), will convene its first Virtual Trade Exposition from May 15-17 as a means of providing Micro, Small and Medium Size Enterprises (MSMEs) across OECS Member States the opportunity to present their products and services to prospective buyers across the OECS, CARICOM, CARIFORUM and the world at large.

A release from the OECS said the Virtual Trade Exposition will be hosted on an innovative and state of the art virtual platform which will provide to exhibitors, buyers, partners and other stakeholders an invaluable meeting place, leading to amazing business and stakeholder opportunities. It is expected to deliver a combination of products/services showcases, business to business (B2B) meetings, product launches, panel discussions and workshops. There is an increased call by our Governments for the enhanced participation and growth of MSMEs in the economy, the release also stated.

The virtual trade Exposition aims to contribute towards achieving this initiative.
