Headstart toddlers treated to Independence exhibition
After a two-year hiatus, The Headstart Pre- School hosted their independence celebrations on Wednesday 26, October at the school’s premises in Villa/Fountain road.
The exhibition featured an impressive array of local goods from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The students were all dressed in their national attire and took pride in wearing the national colours.
The very festive exhibition, included a wide assortment of local fruits and vegetables, craft items, jewelry made using local materials and beads, in the colours of the national flag, as well as paintings depicting local aspects of our heritage and culture.
The excitement went to another level with the small pets students brought to School as show and tell. The Headstart PreSchool had a great start to Independence 43!
