Police breakthrough in Calliaqua burglaries

Police officers in the Calliaqua district believe they have made a breakthrough in relation to a number of burglaries that have been taking place in the area.

This past Wednesday, police arrested and charged three men with entering the home of Chadrick Carrington of Fair Hall and making off with a black flat screen 32 inch smart Samsung television valued EC$1800, one black flat screen 32 inch TCL Smart television valued EC$1500, one black Asus Laptop computer valued EC$700 and other articles valued EC$7,145; a total value of EC$11,145.

The men, Winston Shallow, a 30-year-old labourer of Fair Hall; Philmore Ralph, a 37-year-old labourer of Fair Hall; and Samuel Woods, a 32-year-old labourer of Belair were scheduled to appear before the Serious Offences Court yesterday, Thursday.
