Vincentian awarded for Best Endeavour in the British Army

A 23-year-old from Barrouallie recently captured the award for Best Endeavour among his group of recruits in the British Army.

Joshua Chambers took part in the passing out parade at the Catterick Garrison military base on Friday, September 27 after completing a six-month training course.

Despite the many challenges present throughout one of the toughest military training programs in the world, Joshua persisted and captured the award for Best Endeavour, which is  awarded to the recuit who showed the most committment and improvement for the duration of the course.
