Congrats to the RSVGPF for enhanced surveillance

Editor: Compliments are in order for the improvements shown by the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police
Force (RSVGPF). The installing of more cameras which from all reports are of better quality is something worthy of praise. It will mean that there is more surveillance of illegal activities, including criminal activities and traffic violations. This can make persons more aware that they are being monitored and so can be caught when doing an illegal act.

The body camera is also another step in the right direction and is an improvement in the surveillance by police officers. Nevertheless, we know that nothing is perfect and so in spite these improvements it will not guarantee perfection and so we recognize that there would still be murders and illegal activities.

Let us hope that there would be more awareness by persons, knowing that they are being monitored. We know that these recent developments by themselves cannot solve the crimes and other illegal activities, but they can aid in identifying trespassers of the law and in identifying crimes of various kinds.

Keep on improving RSVGPF. Thank you for your service and all the best to the new Commissioner and those gaining promotion.
