EDITOR: The Bank of St Vincent and the Grenadines (BOSVG) truncated their opening hours by an hour, with good reason, when the COVID pandemic was upon us.
In September 2022 the government of SVG lifted all COVID restrictions.

It has been approximately nine months since then yet the management and directors of BOSVG have failed to reinstate their opening hours to the general public to pre COVID times (8 am to 3 pm).

This extra hour is significant, for it represents 14 per cent of the customer’s available time to conduct their business at the bank.

I strongly suspect that the loss of this time has placed more pressure on the most recently opened BOSVG branch at ET Joshua.

I’m hereby calling on the management and directors of BOSVG to reinstate their institution’s opening hours to the general public to the pre COVID times.
