Open letter to the Boss

Dear Sir/Madam,

I came to your office and was not attended to in the small matter that was important to me. I know that you are a very busy person and must take your morning break, lunch break, and washroom break. Kindly make arrangement to meet my needs the next time I visit.

Maybe the Office Attendant could handle my matter the next time. I did not necessarily want to speak with you. I know you like to feel important, but your importance can be enhanced when your office becomes efficient. If you are a well-organized person, all your work could be done in your absence. After all, if you drop dead the office would be opened tomorrow and would function well.

What can be done in your presence could be done in your absence. Most offices should have standard operating procedures and guiding principles that give the customer preference. I expect that you would be a stepping stone rather than a stumbling block. Your mission statement embodies a noble theme.

Kindly implement it. I am looking forward to a better reception next time.

Sincerely
Anthony Stewart
(Loyal Customer)
