Who would rein in these animals on the loose?

EDITOR: The current battle, war, or Special Military Operation is raging. There is no doubt that the war was started by the aggressor and accomplices. The objective seems to be to destroy everything in their path. Sometimes the enemy attacks as individuals doing reconnaissance but nevertheless causing great damage. Other times the enemy appears as a troupe marching through and causing mass destruction. They wreak havoc and cause widespread damage. What is left behind of the landscape and vegetation bears no resemblance to what was there originally.

The destruction was of such that one [area of] collateral damage could be soil erosion followed by collection of silt that may end up in surrounding waters and may damage coral reefs.

Other forces are sometimes airborne and may be referred to as the Air Force because they can fly over barriers to reach the targets. Propaganda, the use of the mouth to promote the war and spoil the enemy is deployed. Many say “goat mouth not good.”

Most of the damage done by the enemy is effected through the mouth. The enemy forces seem to outnumber those of the defense. However, we cannot give up or surrender but must put up as good a fight as we can.

Erecting barriers can be effective in inhibiting the enemy. They may be as strong as the Great Wall of China, the Berlin Wall, or the fence separating USA from Mexico. The enemy seems to find ways and means of breaching the barriers by cutting holes through, passing under or jumping over.

Like medieval times we must arm ourselves with cutlass, spears, sticks, stones, bows and arrows, and sling shots to take out the enemy. Some suggest that the enemy be caught and imprisoned in special cages. Molotov cocktails may be deployed but guns of any type would give us an advantage. It is clear that we need more and more powerful armaments to defend our territory. We are not willing to surrender even a square inch of land. While we would like to stay within the ambits of International law by avoiding chemical warfare by not using poison, we hope that desperation would not set in.

Who is the mastermind behind this war? Do we have to wait until the natural death of the owners of animals on the loose for this war to end?
