An open letter to pastors

Dear Pastors,

I beseech you in the Mighty name of the Most High God to refrain from preaching and teaching that which will further divide the citizens of this noble land and more so those of the household of faith in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

The date has been set for the wise citizens of this land to select a leader to govern the affairs of this nation for a season. Your duty and mine is to pray that God’s kingdom come and His will be done in the Government of this nation on earth, as it is in Heaven.{{more}}

You are not to tell the members who to select. Let the Holy Spirit lead them into all truth. Let us gather as the CHURCH and fast and pray for the next 26 days leading up to this great “no bloodshed” election day.

Remember that the Government is upon His shoulders and He will rule this nation and all other nations.

Let God arise and His enemies be scattered.

Men and women of God, entrusted with His word so exhort, comfort and rebuke us, His people.

Amen.
