This is our understanding of the Trafficking in Persons Act: the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons by means of threat or use of force or other means of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of giving or receiving of payment or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person for the purpose of exploitation.
When person(s) in power position tell their people that they donât vote for them (leader(s)) because they (leader(s)) did not give them (people) lumber and galvanize, what is the mindset? When we see stockpiles of lumber and galvanize etc on the eve of a general election, with the intent of giving and receiving to retain control over the electorate, what is that? Our Christian democratic lawyers will answer for us (Matt 13:52) or our Prime Minister can do the right thing. (Matt 5:25-21). Christ did not abolish law and order, nor the prophecies of the prophets (Matt 5:17). Those in authority of power, position, politics or religion will never escape the judgment of God (Is 24:21-22).
The Christian Democrats are calling on the Government not to distribute those stockpiles of housing material until after the election.
