Editor: I have been out of the country for the past three months. During this time I have tried to contact Vinlec about my electricity bill.{{more}}
All I needed was to find out what my bill payment was so that I could make a payment online.
I called Vinlec six times, sent four e-mails, I e-mailed them my phone number. To this very day, I have not received any word from them.
No one ever answered the phone, or returned an e-mail. To this day I do not know what my bill is.
The next thing I will hear is that my power is turned of and my perishable items in my freezer spoiled. For a company like Vinlec, this is just plain disgusting; this is the 21st century. Time that they realize this.
Their electricity service is horrible and their customer service is worse.
