• I am a vegetarian for the past 20 years and I have developed recipes to fit my diet. My favourite meal is bakes and saltfish, with smoked eggplants in the saltfish; that has a beautiful taste.{{more}} You just roast the eggplant first, then add it to the saltfish.

• I am an avid sports fan. Every night I go on the Internet and find out what is happening in sports generally, particularly in soccer. No matter how sleepy I am, the final thing I have to do is check my sports.

• I was one of the persons who advised that the EC dollar should be linked to the US dollar

• When I joined Rotary Club St Kitts, I produced a weekly bulletin for 10 successive years. That contributed to me earning a second Paul Harris award.

• At Grammar School I escaped the Black Book to be caned. I am probably one of the few lads at the time who never got caned while there.
