Clearly, the very constitution has shortcomings. If a Prime Minister can recklessly waste so much money just to get a constitution pass, then there is something lacking in the existing constitution â there is no check on the economic indiscretion of the Prime Minister.
The notion of putting your country before the party is a misnomer. Clearly, the waste of resources to pay students when roads need to be resurfaced and built and the hospital is in such a dilapidated state tells one that this is nothing to do with nation building but all about individualism and power.
