Montgomery Daniel squashes rumours that he’s sick

DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER Montgomery Daniel has sought to clear around rumours that have been circulating relating to his health.

Speaking on NBC radio on Wednesday, Minister Daniel made it clear that he is not sick.

He recalled an incident recently, while at the JFK International Airport in the USA, stating that while there, he checked his phone and saw a post, where someone was stating that he was sick and in the hospital.

He related that the information in the post had to do with comments made at a recent meeting of the opposition New Democratic Party.

Daniel said at that village meeting, an opposition parliamentarian claimed that he (Daniel) was sick and in hospital.
