Flow signs EC$1.2 million project to supply Internet services to schools across SVG
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) and Cable & Wireless St Vincent and the Grenadines Ltd. (Flow) officially signed a contract for the third Schools’ Project on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. This initiative will ensure the continued delivery of reliable, high-speed broadband internet to all educational institutions across St Vincent and the
Grenadines with upgraded download speeds from 100Mbps to 200 Mbps and upload speeds from 20Mbps to 30Mbps, the NTRC said in a release.
Cable & St Vincent and the Grenadines Limited has been awarded the contract to provide the service, which will run for two years. The project, valued at EC $1,218,314.68, will be financed through the Universal Service Fund (USF).
The signing ceremony was attended by the Chairperson of the NTRC, Roxanne Williams; Public
Relations Officer of the NTRC, Eustasha Walter; USF Administrator, Shadeja Gordon; Country Manager of Cable &Wireless SVG Limited, Andrea Liverpool; and SME Account Executive of Cable & Wireless SVG Limited, Applianna Smith.
