Adrina places first for girls overall in CPEA

Aspiring lawyer with a green thumb, Adrina Ledger, has emerged as the top girl in the country. She told SEARCHLIGHT that preparation for the examination was a heavy workload and she admitted that she was focused on not making any careless mistakes on the test days.
“For me CPEA was very intense. I had to revise my notes daily, do mock exams, and I had to give up things like football, music and my leisure time. But I know if I want to be a lawyer I have to do good and I have to do a lot of hard work.”
Adrina told SEARCHLIGHT that she was asleep when news of the results came in last weekend, adding she was super surprised as she did not think her achievement was possible.
Her mother, Kayon Ledger, said she was so excited about the news about Adrina being in the top 10 that she, at first, did not recognize that she placed first overall for the girls.
“She has pushed herself to be one of the best on her team, and then being in the top for CPEA is just additional confirmation that whatever she puts her mind to, she can do it.”
Ledger said she is confident that Adrina will continue to put in the work in the next phase of her academic journey as she works towards her goal of becoming the first lawyer in the family.
“She wants to become a lawyer right now, and I tell her all the time, whatever you put your mind to you can achieve. So I know she can do it. That’s what she wants to do. She’ll put in the hard work.”
