Lauders teen suspected to have died by suicide

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a teen from the community of Lauders.

On Sunday, May 25, 2025 around 2:50 pm, Zachary Harry, age 19 reportedly died as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police disclose that the firearm used in Harry’s death was a licensed firearm.
