Police discontinue traffic changes to Level Gardens road

Following a notice by the Traffic Deparment of the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) about entry changes to the Level Gardens road, police have announced that it will be discontinued.

Last week, a notice posted at the entrance of Level Garden road, garnered much criticism from the public due to a grammatical error and expectation for traffic congestion during peak hours.

On Monday, May 2, 2025 a public service announcement from the RSVGPF said:

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF), through the Traffic Department, advises the public that the time-based traffic arrangement previously implemented along the Level Gardens Main Road has been discontinued.

Traffic in the area has reverted to its original configuration.

Motorists and pedestrians are advised to proceed with caution, pay attention to all traffic signs, and comply with instructions from traffic officers.

The RSVGPF thanks the public for their patience and cooperation.
