Murder suspect fatally shot by police

Following a shooting that occurred in the Murray’s Village/Rockies area, the primary suspect in the killing was reportedly shot and killed by police officers.

The first shooting occurred on the evening of Thursday April 24 and left Zenroy ‘Chucky’ Lee dead after an alleged altercation with the suspect who was later killed.

Police responded to the incident sometime after 8pm that same night and in an attempt to apprehend the suspect, who has been identified as Romano Pompy, he was shot and killed in the Redemption Sharpes community.
