Decomposing body of agriculturalist found in parked vehicle in Kingstown
Police in St Vincent and the Grenadines are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery early Monday morning of a partially decomposed body in Kingstown.
The deceased has been identified as Gregory Linton, a 43-year-old national of Dominica who resided at Glen in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
A release from the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force said Linton’s body was found in a blue Toyota Hilux automobile parked outside the Kingstown Preparatory School.
Linton was a crop protection specialist and the representative of the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI) in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Police say a postmortem examination will be conducted on the body to ascertain the cause of death.
