Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to St Vincent and the Grenadines, Beate Stirø, presented Letters of Credence to Governor General, Dame Susan Dougan at Government House on Friday, April 21.

A release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that Ambassador Stirø also met with Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves; leader of the Opposition, Dr Godwin Friday; and high-level officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry and Labour.

The Governments of St Vincent and the Grenadines and The Kingdom of Norway established diplomatic ties on February 19, 1993 and have enjoyed fruitful relations over the years.
