Man rushes into Emergency Room with stab wound to shoulder

On Friday night, a man rushed into the Accident and  Emergency, (A&E) Department of the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) shouting “ah going to dead”.

He had a stab wound in his left shoulder and was dressed a pair of jeans shorts and a blue shirt.

The man, who identified himself as Giovanni Grant told police at the hospital that he was liming when he was stabbed with a knife by a man who he claims is from Redemption Sharpes.

Despite his declaration that “ah going to dead” the wound was nowhere near life threatening and he was soon patched up by medical personnel.

Police are investigating.

The stabbing was one of two violent incidents reported Friday night as earlier, two men were shot in Paul’s Lot.
