House of Ellis Inc partners with the National Public Library

A non-profit organisation in St Vincent and the Grenadines, House of Ellis, has offered support to the National Public Library, Archives and Documentation Services ‘Libraries on the Move’ – Reading Caravan campaign.

House of Ellis Inc education said it has donated over two hundred books to the National Public Library as its way of connecting families and communities through reading.

The donation of books was received by Director of the National Public Library, Michelle King Campbell on Thursday November 17, at the Kingstown Public Library Conference Room.

The books were presented to the Director by Renitta Peters -Morris and Tamara Barrow of House of Ellis.

“Reading is a fundamental part of our development, and the simplest way to ensure this happens is to make fun and engaging books easily accessible,’’ founder of House of Ellis, McGregor Ellis said as he highlighted why it was important for the organization to partner with the National Public Library.

House of Ellis Inc. is a non- profit organization which focuses on education, youth, and community development in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
