Grammar School Alumni Inc. assists bursary recipient

After handing out nine scholarships to Form One students entering the St Vincent Grammar School , as well three bursaries, the Alumni Inc. of that institution has again extended its hands of benevolence.

The presentation of a laptop to Deonty John, a Form Five student, who was one of the bursary recipients, represents the add-on done by the Alumni.

Earl Bennett, a member of the Scholarship and Bursary Committee, told SEARCHLIGHT that the needs of John were highlighted to the Alumni, hence their swift move to assist him.

Bennett noted that the laptop would assist John immensely, especially with his assignments and should online learning/ teaching become necessary, he would be equipped.
