Public Sector Reform Unit asks for cooperation and support with survey

A Public Service Customer Satisfaction Survey is being conducted by the Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU) and an appeal is being made to the public for its cooperation and support.

The data collection period for the survey began Monday, August 5 and will run until Friday, August 23. It will cover Government offices on St Vincent and on the Grenadine islands of Bequia, Union and Canouan.

The objectives of the survey, which is being conducted in conjunction with the Statistical Office are: to assess the level of satisfaction with public service delivery in St Vincent and the Grenadines; to identify factors responsible for varying levels of satisfaction with services offered; and gage the performance of government agencies in delivering their services.

During the three week data collection period, enumerators will be stationed at various Ministries/Departments to conduct short interviews with users of government services.

The Public Sector Reform Unit is therefore appealing to the general public for its cooperation and support, as everyone works together to advance the delivery of public services to our citizens.
