Anglican young people respond to human need
As we prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, Members of the St Philip’s Anglican Youth Movement (AYM), Mesopotamia, journeyed to Buccament last Saturday to visit the Salvation Army’s home for children and to bring them some early Christmas cheer.
The group took gifts and snacks and spent the time singing choruses and carols and playing games with the children.
It was a wonderful experience for both the children and the AYM, and a few tears were shed by both, upon the group’s departure.
