It is one of two satellite warehouses which were recently constructed, the other being at Rose Hall in North Leeward.

Local architectural firm, TVA Consultants Limited designed the warehouses and supervised their construction at a combined total cost of approximately EC$308,000. Construction of the warehouses was done by Franco Construction Ltd and Williams Electronics Services of SVG.
