NTRC to launch annual I2 competition next week

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) will launch the 2018 annual Ideas and Innovation Competition, known as the i2 Competition on September 6.

The launch will take place live on the NTRC’s Facebook Page “NTRC SVG” beginning at 12:30 pm.

Participants entering the competition are eligible win cash prizes up to $5,000. The competition is open to students enrolled in secondary or tertiary institutions in St Vincent and the Grenadines as well as members of the public under 35 years of age.

Partnering with the NTRC to host the i2 competition are the National Insurance Services, SVG Broadcasting Corporation, Express Data Systems, NBC Radio, Extreme Radio, King Computer Corporation, Tus-T Water, SEARCHLIGHT, SVG Brewery Ltd, Flow, Digicel, RightStuff, Go-Getta Magazine and Internet Society St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chapter.

Persons viewing the launch event on Facebook live will be eligible to win a brand new Samsung Galaxy S9.
