Thirteen graduate from Tiny Treasures Preschool
Thirteen treasures graduated from the Tiny Treasures Day Care and Learning Centre last Wednesday, in a fun-filled ceremony held at Frenches House in Kingstown.
The children showcased some of what they learnt during their time at the centre including scriptural memory verses, poems, songs, and more.
It was a doubly special occasion as the institution was also celebrating 10 years of existence and provision of quality service.
Manager and owner Hazel-Ann Crichton expressed heart-felt gratitude to her dedicated teachers, parents and all well-wishers. She also used the opportunity to invite parents to “spread the word” about the memorable experience that awaits children who will attend the learning centre. Parents also thanked the teachers for the professional and caring service provided to help their children prepare for primary school.
The institution was established in October 2008 with four teachers and one child, and has grown with a current population of 42. A conscious decision was made to keep the sections small to ensure one-on-one contact. In addition to the daily interesting activities, children are afforded the opportunity to develop through weekly activities, like tennis and swimming. Parents are also given systematic updates of their children’s holistic development through conferences. The management is always seeking ways to improve its service and pledges continued service “par excellence.”
