ECGC to sponsor all rural carnivals

The East Caribbean Group of Companies (ECGC) will this year provide sponsorship to all of the rural carnivals, each of whom shall receive a cash donation and ECBI products, with an overall value of $11,000.

In addition, this will be the fourth year that that the ECGC will make donations of ECBI’s products (Village Ram, Ju-C and Water) with a total value of $5,000, to all of the Mas Bands under the auspices of the Carnival Bands Association (CBA).

The ECGC said for the third consecutive year, they will partner with Digicel as a Gold sponsor, to bring the Monday t-shirt band, dubbed: Temperature: It’s Showtime! This sponsorship is valued at $12,560. The J’ouvert band – Country Meets Town – with whom we have worked closely since the inception of our involvement in Carnival four years ago – will also be sponsored cash and products with an overall value of $2,000.

Their big promotion is however on Village Ram, a uniquely blended energy drink created from a combination of all natural ingredients.

“We have allocated $5,600 to purchase tickets from the CDC and several private promoters, to be used as prizes in our Village Ram Promotion. The promotion focuses on the consumers being spotted drinking Village Ram which affords them a chance to enter draws to win Carnival Show Tickets and other prizes! This promotion will run from June 1 to July 6, 2018,” a release from ECGC said.
“Ah tell yuh is RAM dis Carnival!”
