Sol St Vincent holds successful Lubricant Seminar for retail staff

Sol St Vincent recently hosted a Lubricant Seminar for retail staff, commercial customers and students of the St Vincent Community College – Technical Division. The seminar, which was facilitated by lubricants specialist Douglas McClean, focused on the basics of motor oils, the Shell product formulation and the benefits of using these products.{{more}}

This event was well attended by the SVGCC Technical Division, Sol service station attendants and the commercial sector, such as members of the Roads, Buildings and General Services Authority (BRAGSA) and the Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA).

After interviewing a number of the participants, it was clear that the training was beneficial to all and participants are looking forward to more of these sessions. At the end of the training, attendees received a certificate of participation and a token of appreciation. This event was the second of its kind hosted by Sol and it will be an annual event.

Sol is dedicated to providing a brighter future for the youth of this region, and supporting the development of our human resource capacity. This commitment is focused in emerging technologies such as alternative and renewable energy sources and solutions.
