Vincy Soca artiste recording in Belfast

Belfast, NORTHERN IRELAND: Rising Vincentian soca star Adonis “Major Dan” Browne, from Lowmans Windward, is currently recording at Cloud 9 Studios, Central Productions in Belfast.{{more}}

Major Dan is also working with top producer Lester “Mack” Irona of 4th Dimension Production in St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).

After moving to England in 2008, “Major Dan” has made Northern Ireland home since 2009 and is looking forward to becoming a proud father this October.

Dr Christopher Stange, Hon Consul for St Vincent and the Grenadines to Northern Ireland said: “Orphaned at age nine, Mr Browne turned to music for comfort and self-expression. Dub poetry and soca led to his expressive creative talent in the music industry, turning difficult circumstances into positive results.”
