LIME sharing smiles in Owia community

The children from the Owia Government School Brownie class were all smiles at their Christmas party as they were surprised with gifts from telecommunications provider LIME.

LIME began its relationship with the community of Owia a couple of years ago, when they completed their series of town hall meetings in various communities throughout St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Candie Pollard Sutherland was very grateful for the support.

“I was so happy when Ms Williams said she would provide gifts for all the kids. The party would not have been the same without LIME’s generosity. The kids were excited and very grateful.”

LIME marketing manager Nikala Williams said “When I received the request from Ms Sutherland, I was thrilled for the opportunity to give a pleasant surprise to these hard working kids. Just seeing the smiles on faces of these children was thanks enough. Its moments like these that I cherish most at LIME – the genuine smiles we receive from children, elderly, needy, orphans, shut-ins….priceless!”
