Value got a whole lot better with Digicel!

On Wednesday January 6, Digicel launched NEW talk, text and data bundles tailored specifically for each customer. The New Segmentation Voice, SMS & Data bundles are plans that provides Prepaid Customers with bundles of Digicel to Digicel minutes , texts , Off Network Minutes, International minutes (US, UK (Fixed) & Canada) and Data. The plans will be offered specifically to customers based on their behaviours on the Digicel network.

To activate one of these bundles customers are urged to simply dial *140# and select “New Plans for ME” to see what the best options are based on their usage patterns. Digicel is paying very close attention to their customers’ and is now offering customers with customized bundles.

Commercial Manager Dionne Emtage states, “We launched segmented bundles to a percentage of our base late last year as a pilot. The uptake was excellent and as such we opted to launch this to our full base on January 6th. What we want customers to understand is that we are offering customised bundles that are more targeting towards the profile of the customer and that we are doing so by looking at the spending and usage habits. We have put together bundles which we know that customers will readily take advantage of.”
